With a population of about 7,000, Sellersburg is a thriving downtown that has continued to prosper from its early roots of rock quarries and concrete manufacturing.  Essroc Materials, Inc. is a major employer in Sellersburg and much of the town’s early development is linked to the original concrete manufacturing.  Haas Manufacturing, kitchen cabinet maker, is another major employer in the community.  Sellersburg offers a variety of homes and there are many community and school sponsored events.
